3. License Scope

Free-to-Play License: You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited, revocable license to use m00m world on iOS and Android devices for free, subject to the terms and conditions of this EULA. You agree not to copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the game, or create derivative works based on the game, except as expressly authorized by m00m LLC.

Subscription License: If you choose to subscribe to our premium service, you are granted an additional non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited, revocable license to access premium content and features in m00m world. Subscription features are subject to change, and m00m LLC reserves the right to modify, add, or remove features at any time.

4. Restrictions

• You shall not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the game, or create derivative works based on the game, except as expressly authorized by m00m LLC.
• You shall not use the game for any commercial purposes without explicit permission from m00m LLC.
• You shall not use any unauthorized third-party software that interacts with the game or engage in any cheating, hacking, or similar activities.

5. Payments and Refunds

Subscription Model

• Premium Subscription Tier: $7.99 per month.
• Annual subscription is available at a discounted rate.

Payment Methods

• Accepted payment methods include Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and credit cards.

Billing Cycle

• Subscriptions are billed monthly, with an option for an annual subscription at a discounted rate.

Refund Conditions

Refunds will be granted for billing errors. Technical issues must be flagged by the user and disputed through our refund process by contacting our administrator email.

There will be no refunds for digital items/asset purchases or the refunding of in-game virtual currency, "g00wiy" ($g00wiy). These items are also non-transferrable, even between accounts owned by the same user.

Refund Process

• Users must contact customer support within the current billing cycle related to an issue to request a refund. It will be at m00m LLC's discretion whether to honor the reasoning for the proposed refund.

Cancellation

• Subscriptions last 30 days from the day of original activation. Users can cancel the upcoming month in order to turn off the subscription, or request a cancellation by contacting us via email. Users will not be refunded at a prorated rate.
• Upon cancellation, certain premium features will be revoked. Any items purchased with $g00wiy or earned through gameplay will remain in the user's inventory, but certain aspects of gameplay related to those items may be affected by the discontinuation of the premium subscription.

Changes to Fees

Users will be notified in advance of any changes to subscription fees. Notifications will be sent by both email and in-game notifications.

6. User Responsibilities

By using m00m world, you agree to the following responsibilities:

• You must comply with all local, state, national, and international laws and regulations that apply to your use of the game.

Prohibited Activities

• You shall not engage in any cheating, hacking, reverse engineering, or use of unauthorized third-party software that interacts with the game.
• You shall not harass, abuse, or harm other users of the game.
• You shall not share or distribute inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content through the game.

Account Security

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your password.
• You must notify m00m LLC immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

Reporting Violations

• You should report any violations of this EULA or any inappropriate behavior you encounter to m00m LLC through the designated reporting channels.

7. Termination

Reporting Violations

• m00m LLC reserves the right to terminate your license to use m00m world if you violate any terms of this EULA, or for any other reason deemed appropriate and necessary by m00m LLC.
• Your license may also be terminated if you are inactive for a period of six months or more.
• Engaging in prohibited activities, such as cheating, hacking, or harassment, will result in immediate termination.

Consequences of Termination

• Upon termination, you will lose access to your m00m world account, the platform itself, and all associated services.
• You will forfeit any virtual items, currency ($g00wiy), and subscription benefits you have acquired.
• No refunds will be provided for any purchases made prior to termination.

Notice of Termination

• You will be notified of the termination of your license via email and in-game notification. You are responsible for providing and maintaining a valid/working email address.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

m00m world is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. m00m LLC makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the game, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

m00m LLC does not warrant that the game will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.

m00m LLC does not warrant or make any representations regarding the use or the results of the use of the game in terms of its correctness, accuracy, reliability, or otherwise.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall m00m LLC, its officers, directors, employees, or agents, be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the game, whether based on contract, tort, strict liability, or other theories of liability, even if m00m LLC has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

The total liability of m00m LLC to you for any claims arising out of or relating to this EULA or your use of the game shall not exceed the amount paid by you to m00m LLC during the six months prior to the claim.

User Generated Content & Interactions

• Users are solely responsible for their interactions with other users of the game. m00m LLC is not responsible for the conduct of any user and does not endorse, support, or verify the accuracy or reliability of any user-generated content.
• m00m LLC takes reasonable measures to monitor and moderate user-generated content and interactions to prevent abuse, including the ability for users to report abuses. However, m00m LLC cannot guarantee the complete safety and security of the platform.
• Users must comply with all applicable laws and are prohibited from using the game to engage in any unlawful activities, including but not limited to predatory behavior, harassment, or exploitation of minors.
• m00m LLC shall not be liable for any claims, damages, or losses arising from user-generated content or interactions between users.
• m00m world is suggested and intended for users age 16 and older (Teen).
• By entering and utilizing m00m world, you agree that it is a space designed for people of all backgrounds and beliefs. You agree to respect each user and their right to a safe and inclusive environment.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This EULA and your use of m00m world shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Jurisdiction

You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to this EULA or your use of m00m world shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, United States. You consent to the jurisdiction of and venue in such courts and waive any objection as to inconvenient forum.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to this EULA or your use of m00m world, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute amicably through good faith negotiations. If the dispute is not resolved through negotiations, it shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall be conducted in Miami-Dade County, Florida, United States.

The arbitration award shall be final and binding on the parties and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Each party shall bear its own costs and expenses in connection with the arbitration, and the parties shall equally share the fees and expenses of the arbitrator.

10. Updates and Changes to the EULA

m00m LLC reserves the right to update or modify this EULA at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this EULA.

We will notify you of any material changes to this EULA by sending an email to the address you have provided and by displaying a notice and acknowledgment screen within the game. Your continued use of m00m world after any such changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the new EULA.

If you do not agree to the new terms, you must stop using m00m world and terminate your account.

11. User Content and Intellectual Property

Grant of Rights

m00m LLC grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to create, use, and share imagery and scenes from m00m world for non-commercial purposes, provided that such use does not promote illegal activities, non-inclusive behavior, or inappropriate content.

Conditions of Use

You are encouraged to be creative and share content that promotes "the m00m resistance" and the game's community.

Your use of m00m world imagery and scenes must comply with all applicable laws and respect the rights of other users.

Any content created and shared using m00m world imagery and scenes must not contain or promote illegal, offensive, or inappropriate material, including but not limited to hate speech, violence, or explicit content.

Prohibited Uses

You shall not use m00m world imagery and scenes for commercial purposes without explicit permission from m00m LLC.

You shall not create or share content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of m00m LLC or any third party.

You shall not use m00m world imagery and scenes to promote illegal activities, non-inclusive behavior, or inappropriate content.

Attribution

When sharing content that uses m00m world imagery and scenes, you are encouraged to include a credit to m00m world and tag our social channels. Doing so may get your content noticed and potentially featured by m00m LLC with our support.

Rights to Use

By creating and sharing content that uses m00m world imagery and scenes, you grant m00m LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content for commercial purposes, including marketing and promotional activities.

As a thank you, we may provide in-game currency ($g00wiy) at our discretion.

Reservation of Rights

m00m LLC reserves the right to revoke or modify this license at any time if the use of m00m world imagery and scenes is deemed inappropriate or harmful to the community.
