Introduction

m00m LLC ("Company" or "we") values the privacy of our users ("User" or "you"). This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the game "m00m world" ("Game") on iOS and Android devices.

This privacy policy applies to the use of the game "m00m world" on iOS and Android devices.

We automatically collect information about your interaction with the Game, including IP address, device type, gameplay data, and analytics related to gameplay and usage.

m00m LLC does not keep logs of public text chat spaces or audio conversations. This information is not persistent and only lasts the duration of the on-screen feed within each region of the map/world as it pertains to each user's device. However, m00m world does log all DMs and private chats to a secure database in order to make that information available to you. Our staff does not have access to read these private DMs/logs.
For voice chat, we utilize a third-party service that screens all voice chat sessions within public spaces for profanity and inappropriate speech as defined within our EULA. This software can censor certain language that may be harmful to other users' experiences.

m00m LLC does not sell your data to third parties. Any analytics or gameplay data we collect is purely used to improve the experience of our product. However, we work with third parties like Unity, Google Analytics, and Google Firebase, who have their own data policies that fall beyond our control.

We use third-party analytics services such as Google Analytics, Google Firebase, and Unity Multiplay for the purpose of analytics and databasing specific inventory items and interactions. Unity Multiplay also hosts the game servers.

With the exception of Google Analytics, Google Firebase, Unity Multiplay, and what is required by Apple and Google, we do not share data with any third parties.

m00m LLC will comply with requests deemed legally sound from proper legal authorities within the United States. We prioritize the protection of our users' data and will only disclose information if compelled by legal methods..

All data is encrypted while in transit and at rest. We never store passwords and do not have access to view them. Chats within the main map/open world are not persistent and vanish as they pass beyond the screen in which they are visible by players. Chats within private Container Home servers are stored in plain text that is encrypted at rest. We are working on a future development for full encryption of messages beyond just at rest.

Users can access their profile within the m00m world app to adjust their personal information.

Users can send an email to our administrator (operator@m00m.world) with a data deletion request and a supporting reason. m00m LLC reserves the right to store data for as long as it deems necessary.

Opting out would require users to uninstall our app and stop using it while also submitting a deletion request to remove their previous account data. In order to play m00m world, agreeing to our EULA, Privacy Policy and the data collection/tracking described in this privacy policy is required.

Due to the open world nature of m00m world, it's audio series, and its chat and voice communication abilities, we recommend it for users aged 16 and older. The audio series that underpins the game's lore contains language, violence, and suggestive themes.

Data collection is handled in the same manner for all users. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 16, we will delete that information as quickly as possible. Parents who believe their child has submitted personal information to us can contact us at operator@m00m.world.

Changes to the policy will be made known and acknolwedged within the game itself.
